Activities
DRDA Programmes
District Rural Development Agencies (DRDA) sponsors 1 month skill development training programmes for rural footwear artisans, which is being conducted in the respective districts of the participating artisans.
TNDCW Programmes
Tamilnadu Development Corporation for Women (TNDCW) sponsors 1 month skill development training programmes for Women Self Help Groups (SHG), which is being conducted in the respective districts of the participating women.
HRD Mission - Programmes
Human Resource Development Mission sponsors skill upgradation training programmes. Under this two types of training programmes are conducted
• Primary level – for rural footwear artisans
• Secondary level – for footwear Industry employees
